Zinc casting proceeds from raw material and melting to moulding and trimming. Brass casting uses wax patterns, melting and centrifugal casting, with welding and finishing as required by the design.

Heavy metal controls, including lead, cadmium and nickel, follow the applicable buyer testing protocol and environmental requirements, including California Proposition 65.
